As the Head of Cyber Security & Network at Virgin Money, I am responsible for leading a team of 100 cybersecurity and network professionals and overseeing the engineering, operational, and transformational aspects of security and network services. With over 10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field, I have successfully implemented and managed robust security controls and protocols across multiple international financial institutions, reducing the residual risk and ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards. I have also developed and executed strategic roadmaps and plans for security architecture, organisation, and service model, aligning them with the business vision and goals. My mission is to protect and enable the digital transformation of Virgin Money and deliver value to the stakeholders and customers.
